1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

• Enquiry form data: name, email address, message content and preferred dates, so that we can reply to your enquiry.
• Bookings: made in our booking system at booking.tubinas.lt (name, email, phone, stay dates, room, amount); payment is handled by a payment institution under its own privacy policy, and we never see card details. Bookings through Booking.com are handled by Booking.com under its own policy.
• Statistics: we measure website traffic with Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.). Analytics cookies are set only after you agree in the cookie bar; without consent Google receives only anonymous, cookieless signals. We measure pages viewed, dates searched, the room chosen and the booking amount, with no name, email or other identifying data.

3. Why and on what basis

To reply to enquiries (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps), to provide accommodation services (contract), and to meet legal obligations (accommodation records).

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or pass on your data. Only our IT service providers (website hosting by Cloudflare, email, Google Analytics) have access to it under data-processing agreements, and public authorities where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry data: for up to 12 months after the correspondence ends; accommodation documents: for the periods set by law.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).

7. Cookies

We use no marketing cookies. The website uses:

• Essential: your cookie choice (pp-consent, in browser storage, 12 months) and the booking system session.
• Analytics, only with consent: the Google Analytics cookies _ga and _ga_* (up to 2 years), which tell visitors and visits apart.

You can withdraw consent by clearing the site’s cookies and browser data; the bar will then appear again.
